RSA Syndicate Race Days & Bonus Scheme

The RSA is delighted to announce that it will be organising two syndicate race days in 2023 at Warwick on February 24^th and Nottingham on July 21^st.  These days will be a celebration of shared ownership, will offer RSA members various opportunities to promote themselves and will provide incentives for RSA members with a runner.

Warwick’s day will be called “The RSA Fabulous Fiver Friday Meeting” and Nottingham’s will be called the “Racehorse Syndicates Association Raceday”

RSA members are able to sponsor a race on either or both days at a cost of £500+VAT.  Sponsors will get race card advertising and will be interviewed in the paddock after their race.  The Warwick card is now sold out – thanks to our  members who have already secured their race.

RSA Syndicate Bonus

The RSA is arranging a bonus scheme at each race day.  This bonus is aimed at promoting shared ownership and highlights RSA’s commitment to syndication.

The RSA is providing a £3,000 bonus pool which will be split between any RSA member syndicates that win a race on the RSA race day card.

If there are no RSA member syndicate winners, then the bonus pool will be reduced to £2000 but shared between any RSA member syndicates who have a runner that finishes 2^nd on the RSA race day card.

If there are no RSA member syndicate winners or second-placed finishers, then the bonus pool will be reduced to £1000 but shared between any RSA member syndicates who have a runner that finishes 3^rd on the RSA race day card.

A presentation to the winning syndicate or syndicates will be made after the last race on each day.

Syndicate Runners

Any RSA member with a runner on either race day will be offered 20 badges with a full O&T experience including paddock access.  A suite for RSA syndicate owners and O&T style food will be provided to all attendees. Non-member syndicates are welcome to join the RSA ahead of the event in order to take advantage of the bonus pool and these generous raceday allocations.

Trade Stands

All RSA members will be offered the opportunity to have a trade stand on the day.  The stand will be free to any syndicate bringing their own standard size gazebo or £50 – £60 to cover the cost of gazebo hire if they want one provided by Warwick.  Unfortunately, screens and power will not be available due to the location close to the paddock beside the racecourse.  Any syndicate with a trade stand will be offered 10 general admission tickets to distribute to their members.
