There are several opportunities available to RSA members at each fixture:
- At each race day, there will be the opportunity for RSA members to have a free trade stand at the course. Members will be asked to bring a gazebo unless the course has an internal space that they want to use for a syndicate village.
- There will be the opportunity for RSA members to sponsor a race on the day for a discounted rate, subject to availability & individual course pricing. This would include naming the race, a full-page advert in the race card, 10 general admission tickets if needed and race presentations before & after the race.
- RSA members with runners on the day will have extended badge allowance with full O&T benefits – th exact number will be confirmed by each course & is subject to availability.
All members will be sent an invitation to attend each fixture through 2025 and these will provide contact details to take advantage of the opportunities listed above.
Alongside the series of fixtures, the RSA and Great British Racing will be providing three bonus opportunities for RSA members:
- The Syndicate Series Bonus – 10 points will be allocated for having a runner at one of the fixtures with 2 bonus points for any winner. A prize fund of £3000 will go to the winning syndicate and will be split in the event of a tie.
- The Small Syndicates Bonus – To reflect that small syndicates may struggle to compete with larger syndicates in terms of numbers of runners, any small syndicate having a runner at one of the fixtures will earn one entry (per runner) into a prize draw for £500 to be made at the end of the series. A small syndicate is defined as any syndicate responsible for 5 horses or fewer, racing in 2025.
- The Exhibitor Bonus – Each time a syndicate attends one of the fixtures with a trade stand, they will earn an entry into a prize draw for £500 to be made at the end of the series.
Points standings for The Syndicate Series Bonus will be updated and published throughout the year.
It is hoped that RSA members will support this initiative and the committee wishes all members good luck in their quest to win one of the bonuses.
