Wednesday 27th March saw the first Jockey Club Racecourses and Racehorse Syndicates Association race day of 2024. Representatives of RSA members, Crest Racing, Harriet Dickin Racing, Racingclub.com and BG Racing were all situated in the Stalbridge Bar at Wincanton with their trade stands offering racegoers a friendly chat about shared ownership, details of their respective offerings and free sweets. There was even lemon drizzle cake and jammy flapjacks on Harriet’s stand to tempt visitors over!
The bar was a good location for encouraging racegoers to come and chat to syndicate managers and was busy all afternoon with plenty of visitors to the trade stands.
RSA Members were also well represented on the track with Chase The Dream, Noel Fehily Racing Syndicates, Opulence Thoroughbreds, Owners for Owners, Decimus Racing, BG Racing, Robin Dickin Racing Club, Living The Dream and Middleham Park Racing, all having a runner on the day. It was Middleham Park who took an early lead in the season long competition for RSA syndicates with runners at these meetings, when their horse, Denemethy, was an impressive winner of the 4.00 pm race.
There are six more syndicate showcase fixtures forming this series during 2024 with the next one scheduled at Huntingdon on Thursday 25th April and the RSA would like to thank our hosts at the various Jockey Club Racecourses for their hard work in putting these race days together.
