We love a happy outcome so were delighted to receive this from RSA Member Old Gold Racing:

“Henry Box Brown suffered a terrible injury on the gallops in 2021.

He was rushed to Newmarket Equine Hospital, who, upon x-ray found that he had a lateral condylar stress fracture in his right-fore.

Fortunately, they were able to save him with an operation that involved inserting two pins into his leg. Luckily Henry is a little warrior and after nearly a year he was back on a racecourse.

Thanks to his brilliant trainer Evan Williams and the team at Fingerpost Farm,  Henry has gone from strength to strength and really showed us what he’s got when battling hard to win at Uttoxeter Racecourse on the 31st December 2022!

His wonderful and patient Old Gold Racing syndicate owners were, of course, elated and the day will last in our memory for a long time to come!”

There are shares available in this gutsy chestnut chap for just £43 (January Sale price), so if you’d like to be a part of his story head to bit.ly/3kgdJ8w
